Tim has completed two projects for us over the past 24 months. He built a 16‘ x 20‘ deck that is 12 feet off the ground. He assisted with the permitting process with Fairfax County and the approval process with Reston Association. Inside our house, he also built a focal point mantle with wall-mounted electric fireplace with built-in shelving. He provided great design and problem-solving assistance for the overall design. He custom built the built-in shelving units associated with the project, he ordered the custom wood mantle and installed it himself, and he mounted our Samsung frame TV and created in wall solutions for the cordage. We highly recommend Tim and his team for any home projects you have. He may not be the cheapest option in your area, but he is more than reasonable for the quality and service you provide. And we will certainly be engaging him for future projects for a house.

Tim Tim is a professional contractor and has earned the respect of many homeowners and business for his work. We have experienced his work for two recent assignments that he did,  Replacing the  front porch,  and the other  fixing  up new lighting at home. Tim provides a quote in a few hours once you send him the photos of the work that you need done. Tim is amiable, courteous, and knows his work. In the recent work he went out of the way to remove the lights from the boxes and assemble and install. One of the fixtures was at the ceiling which was over 15 feet, and he had the tools and the ladder to complete the job. The rates are competitive and reasonable.

I recently asked Tim to evaluate a possible leak in an indoor ceiling & rotted wood at the bottom of our garage door. Tim was courteous, professional, mature, responsible, and extremely knowledgeable. We hired him to (1) remove the rotted/molded drywall, replace leaking pipes, replace drywall & paint and then (2) fix the bottom portion of the garage door & paint. He provided me when he could come/how long it would take, was early on the appointed day, discussed his work/kept me apprised throughout, and was well worth the $. So very refreshing to find an A+++ contractor - very responsible & quality-conscientious.

We hired Tim to repair the drywall at several locations in our house. He arrived early for the appointment to give us an estimate. He quickly gave us an estimate that was significantly lower than the other estimate we had received. Tim promptly communicated when he could start the job, and again showed up early to start the work. Tim did an excellent job repairing the drywall. As he was finishing the job, we asked him if he could repair a small hole that we had forgotten to mention in our initial meeting. Tim repaired the hole, and he refused to accept the extra money we offered him for the work. Tim not only does great work, and he is a nice guy to boot. I highly recommend him for any home repair work you might have.
